ADHD is one of the most commonly diagnosed neurodevelopmental conditions for American youth.  Addressing the diagnosis is no easy feat, and there is no one size fits all solution.  An ADHD diagnosis for Black children can be compounded with unique challenges, such as stigmatization, which can negatively impact how others at school and within their communities treat them.

2024 Independence Day Operations

����ϣ������ will be closed on Thursday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. The campus will resume regular hours of operation on Friday, July 5. 

Closure Requirements 

Unless designated as essential personnel, employees should not travel to ����ϣ������ to work. All buildings will be secured and locked. Essential personnel needing access to campus buildings must check in with the Department of Public Safety (DPS) at 202-806-1100.

The National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC) announces "Building Connected Communities" as the theme for Sexual Assault Awareness Month 2024.

Building Connected Communities helps us reduce the likelihood of sexual abuse, assault, and harassment in our communities. Any space where people come together is a community, whether in neighborhoods, workplaces, campuses, organizations, or even online spaces. We are all a part of a community, often many, even when we may feel disconnected or apart from them.
